Hello, I’m Joel Sanchez, and I’m honoured to join SJOS as the newly appointed Operations Manager.
After over 30 years in the corporate world—primarily in finance and marketing—I’ve made the decision to shift my focus toward community-based work. I am genuinely excited to be part of SJOS, whose values and mission resonate deeply with me.
Outside of work, I am a proud father of three wonderful adult children, each pursuing their own professional paths. I enjoy travelling, cooking, and playing sports whenever time permits.
In my new role, I look forward to building on the solid foundation laid by those before me. I’ll be working closely with our partners, volunteers, and the broader community to ensure we continue to deliver meaningful service and support. I am here part-time, working Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays, and can be reached on my usual number.
